1. Digital delivery
Spirebiz does not ship physical goods. After a successful signup or payment, access to your workspace is provided digitally through your account.
In most cases, access is available immediately. If we need to verify your account or payment, activation may take additional time.
2. Receipts and invoices
After payment is confirmed, we may provide a receipt or invoice via email and/or in your account billing area, depending on your plan and configuration.
3. Delivery issues
If you are unable to access your account after payment, contact us with your account email and payment reference so we can help resolve the issue.
