By accessing or using Spirebiz ("Spirebiz", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using Spirebiz on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly so we can help secure your access.

• Do not share passwords or authentication tokens.
• Use strong passwords and enable any available security features.

Some parts of Spirebiz require a paid subscription. Pricing, plan features, and limits may be described on our pricing pages and during checkout.

If a trial is offered, it may convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

• You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge applicable fees for your plan.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You may cancel your subscription in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellation typically stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

Refund eligibility, if any, depends on the plan, the timing of the request, and the circumstances described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

• If you are charged twice for the same transaction, contact us with your payment details so we can investigate.

You agree not to misuse the Services. You will comply with applicable laws and will not use Spirebiz to store, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

• Do not attempt to bypass security controls or access accounts you do not own.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or probe the Services except to the extent allowed by law.
• Do not introduce malware or run automated scripts that degrade performance or availability.

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Services. You grant Spirebiz a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that data only as needed to provide and improve the Services, comply with law, and maintain security.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and process any personal or sensitive information through the Services and for using the Services in a way that complies with applicable privacy and employment laws.

Spirebiz may integrate with third-party services (for example, payment processors). Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party products or services.

We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time, including adding or removing features and limits.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spirebiz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spirebiz’s total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Spirebiz for the Services during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if we need to do so to protect the Services, other users, or comply with law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Spirebiz is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where permitted, disputes will be handled in the courts with jurisdiction over Spirebiz’s registered office.
